A private funeral service for Chris will be held at Breckland Crematorium.
Family flowers only please but donation cheques in memory of Chris for the British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o Rosedale Funeral Home, 16 Middleton Street, Wymondham, Norfolk, NR18 0AD.
Only donations made online will be listed in the Tribute Garden but a comprehensive list of donations made offline are forwarded to the next of kin.
